fitness classes are available for all fitness
levels. Every class is taught by a nationally
certified fitness instructor. Classes
are available to Package Plan and Club
members on a drop-in basis. Some classes
are reserved for Package Plan Plus members only.
At the Athletic Club:
2,000 square foot track room, 600 square
foot fitness studio and 1,000 square foot
Body in Motion room.
At the Columbia Gym:
1,000 square feet in Studio I for all drop-in
and PPP group exercise classes.
1,000 square feet in Studio II for studio
cycling and special group personal training
classes.
800 square feet of studio space for martial
arts classes, yoga, Qigong and dance classes.
At the Supreme Sports Club:
Two studios each of at least 1600 square
feet and one of 600 square feet in which
a variety of group fitness, yoga, tai
chi, Qigong, martial arts, step aerobics
and studio cycling classes are held.
