Governance Proposals

The Governance Committee presented its report recommending changes in Columbia's governance structure to the CA Board of Directors at its October 14, 2004 meeting. Download the proposed amendments to the CA Charter and By-Laws that the CA Board has discussed in its recent meetings and which will be further considered at an upcoming Board meeting. Please refer to Meeting Schedules and Agendas to find out when proposed amendments are on the Board agenda. Language proposed to be deleted has been stricken through and language that is proposed to be added has been underlined. There is a “clean” copy of the documents that incorporates the changes and shows how the document would read if the changes are made.
