Notice: Quarterly Board of Directors' Meeting
The Columbia Association (CA), Inc., will hold a Quarterly Meeting of Members and Directors of the Corporation on Thursday, March 25 at 7:30pm at CA Headquarters for the purpose of Approval of Agenda and Minutes; President's FY 2010 Quarterly Report; Acceptance of FY 2010 Quarterly Operating and Capital Report; and Quarterly Financial Statements for FY 2010; and such other matters as may come before the meeting.

March 3, 2010: Lake Elkhorn Dredging Update -
The dredging contractor will be remobilizing the week of March 8 to gear up the dredging activities for 2010. Active dredging may begin as soon as the third week of March, weather permitting. Additionally the pedestrian bridge at the north end of the lake is scheduled to be removed on or about April 1, 2010 and replaced in June 2010. With the bridge removed, the hikers/bikers will not be able to complete the pathway circuit. Signs will be posted well ahead of the bridge removal to notify the public and barricades erected to protect the public.

February 26 - Pedestrian Underpass Repair Notice
The completion of the Pedestrian Underpass Repairs at the Hayshed Lane, Lambskin Lane and Village Green locations will be delayed due to the unprecendented amount of snowfall during the month of February. Click here for more information.

Important Notice:
On March 1, 2010, the Town Center Plaza Concrete Repairs and Coatings Project will commence. Work will include specific areas of concrete replacement and the painting (coating) of select walkway railings. The anticipated duration of the project is 30 calendar days, weather permitting. In additional to this project, structural inspection and repair work will be performed on the Town Center Bell Tower in March 2010. Scaffolding will be erected on all sides of the Bell Tower and repair work shall be performed immediately following structural insepction by engineers.
