structure to the CA Board of Directors at its
October 14, 2004 meeting. To review a copy of

The CA Board Code of Conduct outlines a set of
fundamental principles for the members of the
CA board of Directors. Click here to view the

Amendments to the CA Charter and By-Laws
Download the proposed amendments
to the CA Charter and By-Laws that the CA Board
has discussed in its recent meetings and which
will be further considered at an upcoming Board
meeting. Please refer to Meeting Schedules
and Agendas to find out when proposed amendments
are on the Board agenda. Language proposed to
be deleted has been stricken through and language
that is proposed to be added has been underlined.
There is a "clean" copy of the documents that
incorporates the changes and shows how the document
would read if the changes are made.

Cooperative Endeavor
This document establishes the basis for a cooperative
relationship between the Columbia Association
and then 10 community associations in Columbia.
It describes the various roles and responsibilities
of each party, including but not limited to,
covenants, civic activities and operation/maintenance/development
of community facilities and services. Click

Survey Data
In May 2010, the Columbia Association commissioned a survey by the Mason-Dixon Polling & Research, Inc. of Washington, D.C. The goal of the survey was to obtain data from the Columbia community to identify what they believe are the major issues being faced in the community. The results of this survey would be used to assist CA leaders in identifying where to invest the organization's future time and financial resources. Click here to view Survey Data.
In January 2009, the Columbia Association commissioned
