Howard County residents are invited to join the thousands of other communities across America in supporting this crime prevention effort.

Residents will be asked to turn on all outside lights and spend time at neighborhood events and block parties

Safety tips are provided by the Howard County Department of Police.

Have your next birthday party at the Columbia Ice Rink! Parties take place during public sessions and include admission, skate rental, invitations, a slice of pizza or hot dog, a small soda, cake, paper products, balloons and a private table. For an additional fee, add group instruction and a private party room.
