Columbia Association's three fitness
facilities offer many options for those seeking a
varied and challenging workout. Strength training
and equipment are first-come, first-served. For circuit
weight training, those completing a continuous circuit
have priority. Complete one set per machine followed
by 30 seconds of low-impact exercise on cardio board.
Total circuit time is 15 minutes.
