The Pilates program at the Columbia
Association is a growing community of dedicated members
led by a team of highly trained and certified instructors.
Pilates is a system of exercises designed by Joseph
Pilates to work the deep core muscles of the body
increasing performance in athletics and daily life.
Brilliantly, it can flatten your abs, shape your
buttocks and legs, increase strength, invigorate
the mind, and improve posture, balance and coordination.
After 10 sessions you will feel a difference,
After 20 sessions you will see a difference and
After 30 sessions you will have a whole new body.

Pilates class descriptions
Yoga
and Tai Chi are offered exclusively for Package
Plan Plus members.
At Columbia
Athletic Club, classes are held in a
600-square-foot fitness studio.
At Supreme
Sports Club, classes are held in a 600-square-foot
yoga studio.
At Columbia
Gym, classes are held in an 800-square-foot
studio in the martial arts room.
