Group
Fitness
Group fitness classes are available for all fitness
levels. Every class is taught by a nationally certified
fitness instructor. Classes are available to Package
Plan and individual facility members on a drop-in
basis. Some classes are reserved for Package Plan
Plus members only.
At Columbia
Athletic Club, facilities include a
2,000-square-foot track room, 600-square-foot fitness
studio and 1,000-square-foot Body in Motion room.
At Columbia
Gym, facilities include a 1,000-square-foot
studio for drop-in and PPP group exercise classes;
a 1,000-square-foot studio for studio cycling and
special group personal training classes; and a 800-square-foot
studio for martial arts, yoga, QiGong and dance classes.
At Supreme
Sports Club, facilities include two studios
each of at least 1,600 square feet and one of 600
square feet in which a variety of group fitness,
yoga, tai chi, Qigong, martial arts, step aerobics
and studio cycling classes are held.
