CA's-awaited Customer Service System (CSS) is almost here!

With Columbia Association’s (CA) new Customer Service System (CSS) scheduled to launch during CA's Fiscal Year 2011, Columbia residents, CA members and CA employees can expect a vast array of benefits. From enhanced customer satisfaction, to advanced internal and exernal communications, CSS will undoubtedly make your life - and your ability to access CA information - easier and more efficient.

But what exactly is CSS?

In short, CSS is a new hand-crafted software system that will manage CA’s day-to-day customer service transactions. CSS integrates various software programs within CA for improved reporting and customer service.

With CSS, you will be able to load money onto your membership card online or at CA’s Membership Service Center (MSC) to buy concessions and tickets; book tennis reservations, Group Fitness classes and tee times online; take your photo at a CA fitness facility; and much more!
